Wistful Studio(이하 “개발자”)는 Android 게임 Cat Tennis(패키지명: com.nyangimon.tennisrally) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱이 사용자 및 기기 데이터를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
1. 개발자가 직접 처리하는 데이터
- 앱은 계정 생성이나 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 개발자는 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 정확한 위치, 연락처, 사진 또는 결제정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
- 최고 기록, 언어, 음량 등 일부 게임 설정은 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장될 수 있으며 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 광고 SDK를 통해 처리될 수 있는 데이터
앱은 광고 표시를 위해 Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용합니다. Google은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 분석, 서비스 보안 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적인 위치
- Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 및 기타 기기·계정 관련 식별자
- 광고 조회, 광고 클릭, 앱 실행 및 기타 사용자 상호작용 정보
- 충돌 로그, 성능 데이터 및 기타 진단 정보
- 표시된 광고 등 광고 관련 데이터
광고 데이터는 사용자의 지역, 기기 설정, 동의 상태 및 Google의 광고 설정에 따라 개인 맞춤형 또는 비개인 맞춤형 광고 제공에 사용될 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK가 전송하는 데이터는 전송 중 TLS로 암호화됩니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보
Cat Tennis는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계된 서비스가 아닙니다. 개발자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 직접 식별 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동의 정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 판단하는 경우 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
7. 보안
개발자는 앱에서 직접 수집하는 사용자 계정 데이터가 없으며, 제3자 SDK를 통해 전송되는 데이터에 대해서는 해당 사업자의 보안 조치가 적용됩니다. 어떠한 전송 또는 저장 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

Privacy Policy
Wistful Studio (“Developer”) respects the privacy of users of the Android game Cat Tennis (package name: com.nyangimon.tennisrally). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user and device data.
1. Data handled directly by the Developer
- The app does not provide account creation or sign-in.
- The Developer does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.
- High scores, language, volume, and certain game settings may be stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to a Developer-operated server.
- Local data can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
2. Data that may be processed through the advertising SDK
The app uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Google may automatically collect or share the following information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, service security, and fraud prevention:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it
- Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account-related identifiers
- Ad views, ad clicks, app launches, and other user interaction data
- Crash logs, performance information, and other diagnostic data
- Advertising data, such as ads shown to the user
Depending on the user’s region, device settings, consent status, and Google ad settings, this information may be used to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

4. Third-party processing
Advertising-related data may be collected and processed by Google. Google’s rules on processing, retention, and user controls apply to that data.

5. Retention and deletion
Because the Developer does not operate user accounts or a proprietary user-data server, the Developer does not separately retain account data. Locally stored game records and settings can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Data processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s policies and the user’s account or device settings. Users may reset or delete the Android advertising ID in device settings.
6. Children’s privacy
Cat Tennis is not designed for children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect direct identifying information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes that a child’s information has been handled improperly may contact the Developer using the address below.
7. Security
The Developer does not directly collect user account data through the app. Data transmitted through third-party SDKs is subject to the security measures of those providers. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when app functionality, third-party SDKs, or applicable requirements change. The last-updated date on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
